And as a Founding Engineer at a robotics company, I bootstrapped an entire robotics platform from scratch.

I identified a high-severity bug on a visual design platform that was silently affecting 1.3 million users. Once I spotted it, I moved quickly to diagnose the root cause, implemented a fix, and restored platform reliability before it could cause further disruption to users' workflows. It was one of those moments where the scale of the impact really hit me, knowing that over a million people were unblocked because of that fix was genuinely satisfying.
