Led a team of 3 senior engineers to build a component testing framework for Jira platform to enable decomposition to microservices along with faster and reliable testing. This tool is still being used by more than 100 developers at Atlassian.
We went from initial design to first rollout in 3 months, with adoption across all the teams in the next 6 months.
I also did a showcase at the Atlassian internal conference. Really proud of the team and capability that we built to improve the developer experience.
