Proudest professional achievement

One achievement I'm particularly proud of was leading the design of an AI-powered career coach platform. I helped shape the product from concept through to launch, combining user research, product strategy, AI experiences and design systems into a unified journey used by students across Australia and the US. Through continuous testing and iteration, we improved engagement, increased NPS, and helped create a scalable product that grew alongside the company's expansion from a startup into an international organisation.
