I'm a staff-level technical leader and architect with 15+ years of experience building products, scaling engineering systems, and shaping technology strategy. My background is in high-scale, cloud-native distributed systems on AWS, and I've helped deliver major revenue programmes and large organisational transformations.
I'm also an open-source maintainer, with projects receiving more than 160 million downloads per month.
Whilst I enjoy strategy, architecture, and technical leadership, I'm happiest when I can stay close to the product and the code. The ideal setup for me is a mix of hands-on building and higher-level work—solving difficult technical problems, shaping direction, and helping a small team move quickly.
