My particular expertise lies in working with companies from 0-1. I like to come in really early in lifetime of a startup, put all the foundations in place for the startups to go through to their next 2 stages of evolution - tech, hiring, processes in place. I am usually sector agnostic. I've worked extensively in Fintech, e-commerce, NDIS and Fashion to name a few. My personal preference would be to be work in impact based organisation or a company that's working on ethical side of a domain.

As an individual contributor I've lead days scaling Afterpay's api with over 13 million requests in couple of hours without the API going down. As a team leader, I've built teams that have achieved massive things, like replacing Afterpay's website with zero downtime.
