We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to join an early-stage startup at a critical moment. This role blends hands-on product engineering, AI-driven development, and business analytics, working closely with the founding team to build, measure, and scale a meaningful pet-care platform.

What You’ll Do
• Plan and prioritise development tasks using product usage, engagement, and business insights
• Design and build high-level product features end-to-end
• Instrument the product to track usage, engagement, conversion, and retention
• Analyse product and customer data to inform feature development, pricing, pilots, and growth decisions
• Research and implement time-saving workflows, automation, and internal tooling
• Use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, analysis, and decision-making
• Help shape the long-term technical, product, and data strategy
