As the Technical Lead, you will play a hands-on leadership role in designing, implementing, and scaling our backend platform hosted on AWS. You'll lead a small team of passionate engineers, make crucial architectural decisions, and ensure best practices in delivery, performance, and security.You will also collaborate closely with product and frontend teams, especially as we evolve our mobile app and web-based organisation portal.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and deployment of event-driven microservices
• Drive architecture discussions and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and guidance to the development team
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations on AWS
• Maintain observability, reliability, and performance of distributed systems
• Collaborate with product, design, and mobile teams to enable seamless integration with frontend components
• Champion engineering excellence, coding standards, and sustainable processes for rapid product growth
