About the company

We’re an early-stage, post-revenue AI company building a platform that helps organisations test ideas quickly and understand their audiences at scale. We’re preparing for public launch and looking for a founding engineer to help take the product forward. About the team You'll be working directly with the founder, who has a strong background in behavioural psychology, data and product, and has operated a successful consultancy in this field. You will also work with a data specialist and a product designer.

You will:

- Work across a Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend

- Ship features, improve stability, and shape core technical decisions

- Work closely with the founder on a product already in use

Requirements

- Strong in Ruby on Rails and React

- A hands-on builder who enjoys solving problems end-to-end

- Comfortable with early-stage pace and ambiguity

- Interested in applied AI and how people make decisions
