Work closely with the founder on technical decisions and architecture to lay the foundations for future technical hires and team growth.
We're looking for a Founding Engineer to take ownership of the technical side of the product and help shape its direction as it moves into pilots and early growth.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who wants to be close to the problem, close to the product, and close to the decisions. You'll help evolve the existing system into a scalable, production-ready platform as it moves through early pilots and into larger implementations.
What you'll actually be building
• Building and shipping core AI-driven product features
• Maintaining and evolving the existing platform
• Designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure
• Writing production-grade code across backend and AI workflows
• Working closely with the founder on technical decisions and architecture
• Taking ownership of security, data handling, and system reliability
• Helping lay the foundations for future technical hires and team growth
This role is ideal for an engineer with strong LLM and MCP experience who enjoys building from first principles and wants to grow into a senior technical or leadership role as the company scales.
