Strengths
I am good at taking early, ambiguous problems, identifying customer paint points and designing solutions. Equally comfortable working both at low levels on code and talking to customers, leadership, etc.

I'm interested in getting back to my startup roots and I'm looking for a hands on CTO role or similar. I would consider fractional CTO, Engineering lead or founding engineer roles.

I relocated back to Australia mid 2023 and kept the same role at Microsoft. I wake up every day at 5am to work with the team in the US and I am ready to get back to a more typical routine. I have seen quite a bit during my time in Silicon Valley and would like to contribute to the growth of companies in Australia.

In addition to building the system that is responsible for AI dataset acquisition and distribution at Microsoft where I discovered the problem, hired the team, designed the process I have been a specialist at taking nascent problem spaces and solving them using software. Most recently this has been AI powered codebase understanding that integrates LLM into the stack in a way that is end user facing.
