Currently I don't have flexibility of trading off salary over equity. So probably co-founder role or founding engineer in the pre-PMF startup may not be the best fit.
Also I'm more helpful likely in post-PMF stage when the company need to grow.
What I'm looking for: A company that wants to scale, that needs to convert their no-code/vibe-coded solutions into something that can handle the future load and build the foundation for future growth.
