- Analysed funnel data and customer research to identify drop-off points in the insurance sign-up flow and redesigned question sequencing to drive a 70% uplift in top-of-funnel conversion.
- Designed the insurance account experience across iOS, Android and netbank within a bank-wide design framework to drive consistency across account experiences. Presented in chapter-wide design reviews and fed insights from testing back into ongoing framework improvements.

- Led end-to-end design and research across multiple high-traffic experiences, improving UI, information architecture, navigation and usability of digital products. Achieved a 34% reduction in support calls, 21% fewer complaints and a 4.1% increase in click-through rates on key calls to action.
- Built and maintained a design system covering colour, spacing and typography tokens alongside Figma components with auto layout and variants. Cut design to development handoff from a full day to 30 minutes and defined a roadmap for ongoing improvements over the next 6–12 months.
- Led the redesign of the website landing pages as the lead designer, collaborating with 40+ stakeholders across 6 divisions. Gathered business requirements, defined design scope and created hi-fidelity designs that aligned with both user needs and business objectives. Presented research-backed insights to secure senior leadership buy-in.

- Owned the end-to-end activation journey for Expense Management across five global markets. Coordinated touchpoints across email, web and in-app to drive 60% activation from existing card customers within three months.
- Designed a personalised onboarding journey that branched by region, industry and product interest. Built the logic in HubSpot using behavioural triggers and customer data to serve each segment a different sequence, driving a 6 to 15% increase in core product activation across all markets.
- Ran A/B tests across email, web and in-app touchpoints, iterating on layout, copy and calls to action to improve conversion at each stage of the activation funnel.
- Led the launch of 8+ third-party integrations (including Apple Pay, Xero, Zapier, HubSpot) focusing on awareness, ease of activation and onboarding experience. Collaborated with a cross functional team to take each integration to market across 6 regions, achieving an average 43% activation rate.
