I'm moving back into the startup world after a few years in corporate. I am looking for a workplace that moves fast, ships often and doesn't drown decisions in process. I work best with founders and leaders who have deep domain knowledge and stay close to the product. I like having a high level of ownership over my work and don't mind putting on many hats to get the job done, whether that's using my design expertise or drawing from my GTM, marketing or event experience, depending on what the moment needs. Designed a personalised onboarding journey that branched by region, industry and product interest. Built the logic in HubSpot using behavioural triggers and customer data to serve each segment a different sequence, driving a 6 to 15% increase in core product activation across all markets.
Ran A/B tests across email, web and in-app touchpoints, iterating on layout, copy and calls to action to improve conversion at each stage of the activation funnel.
