One professional achievement I’m proud of is leading the design of a 0-to-1 enterprise design system for a major retail group, which was rolled out across multiple retail brands, ecommerce websites, mobile apps and POS experiences. The work involved defining shared foundations, reusable components, usage guidelines and scalable design patterns that helped improve consistency, reduce duplicated design effort and support faster delivery across teams. I worked closely with product managers, developers and other designers to make sure the system was practical, reusable and aligned with real customer and business needs.I’m proud of this because it reflects the kind of work I want to continue doing: solving complex product problems, improving design quality at scale, and creating systems that help teams deliver better user experiences more efficiently.
