Co-Founder

• Co-founder and day-to-day leader of a digital agency focused on NFPs and for-purpose organisations.
• I founded the agency with my co-founders to achieve a greater impact on the world through technology. Helped grow the business from 3 founders to ~20 team members working with many of Australia's leading NFP and for purpose organisations over 8 years. Was a key part of the company leadership that led the merger with Marlin.
• Started with hands-on technical director role, moved to the strategy director (sales & marketing role), back to technical director, and then into the Chief Operating Officer role. As Chief Operating Officer, oversaw all operations of the organisation, including HR and finance. Responsible for managing the entire business of ~20 team members, with up to 20 projects at any one time.
