I'm looking for a senior product design role where I can own something end to end, from research through to what actually ships, rather than being brought in to polish a screen late in the process. I want to work somewhere the problems are genuinely hard, ideally where there's a compliance or trust layer that makes the design work matter more, not less. I like being the person who can sit with legal, risk and engineering in the same room and still land on something simple for the person using it. I'm drawn to complex, regulated or compliance-heavy environments, anywhere people are making decisions that actually matter to their lives and the product has to earn their trust to do it.
