UX/Product Designer

Product/UX/UI Designer with extensive experience designing user-centred solutions in complex enterprise environments.

I work across discovery, user research, UX, UI, prototyping and accessibility, with a focus on simplifying complexity and improving workflows. My recent experience includes independent consulting work and designing across multiple divisions at a major Australian bank, including institutional payments, risk and compliance processes, procurement, and internal technology platforms.

I enjoy working on products and services with complex systems, multiple stakeholder needs and meaningful user problems to solve. My approach combines curiosity, empathy and systems thinking, supported by close collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout design and delivery.

Before moving into design, I worked in healthcare and education. That background continues to shape how I work, with a strong human-centred mindset, attention to detail and a genuine interest in making experiences clearer, more useful and more accessible.
