Strengths
I bring strong product craft alongside genuine systems thinking: I care as much about the underlying patterns and design system as I do about the final pixel. I'm comfortable working in ambiguity, whether that's a 0-to-1 product with no existing design system, or designing for AI features where the "right" interaction pattern doesn't exist yet. I use AI tools fluently throughout my own process, not as a shortcut but as a genuine accelerant from research synthesis through to prototyping. I'm also a natural collaborator: I can clearly articulate and defend a design decision, but I'm just as comfortable getting behind someone else's better idea.
Interested in working involving
I excel in 0-to-1 environments, focusing on designing the most challenging aspects of an experience. Uncertainty and trust are core issues I enjoy tackling. I'm eager to work on AI projects or in health tech.

Other information
I'm currently looking for my next role with genuine intent, ideally somewhere I can own meaningful design problems end-to-end and contribute from day one. I'm especially drawn to teams building 0-to-1 products or AI-native features, where the work is still being defined rather than maintained. I'm based in Sydney, comfortable working remotely or async across time zones, and I bring a steady, collaborative presence to any team I join.

Proudest professional achievement
One of the achievements I'm most proud of is my work on making Teams first-class across Search and Rovo, Atlassian's AI product, where I designed for the genuinely hard parts of AI. I designed new UI patterns and components using a balance of composition, hierarchy, and brand alignment criteria that directly informed how Rovo's interactions came together. It's the kind of design problem I find most rewarding: translating something technically complex into an experience that feels simple and safe for the person using it.
Senior Product Designer with 10+ years of experience across product, brand, and digital design. Last at an enterprise collaboration software company (2022–2026), where I designed for team management and goal-setting apps and platform experiences, driving the end-to-end redesign of the Team Profile, contributing to a 16% lift in team membership views and a 377% surge in users connecting Goals to teams. Previously at a major Australian retail group's digital division, I owned design for the digital catalogue, one of the most-visited surfaces in the ecosystem. At a streaming entertainment company, I joined a streaming platform at launch as part of the founding product team, helping take it to 1 million subscribers in roughly 15 months, and worked across a sports streaming service. Earlier roles span freelance UX design for startups, and brand/digital design at design agencies, working with clients including hospitality, luxury hotel, and banking brands. I specialise in 0-to-1 product design, AI-native UX, and building design systems that scale.
