Lead Product Designer

I bring 19 years of experience working across government, large enterprise, and ambitious start-ups (SAAS mostly) as a design leader, mentor of design teams, strategy designer, design systems lead, and product strategist.

Since starting my career in web in 2005 in Brisbane, I quickly rose to focus purely on UX with some of the UK's largest corporates including a major telecommunications company, global music label, cable media provider and telecommunications enterprise. Upon returning home in 2010, I built a design & development agency completing apps and websites for major retail, government and postal clients, plus many more.

From 2017 I focused purely as a product design consultant & UX strategist. I have since had the pleasure of working with national postal services, utilities companies, automotive manufacturers, state and federal government departments, global advertising agencies, commercial real estate firms, HVAC manufacturers, and outdoor advertising companies, amongst many others. I am at ease mentoring & leading but enjoy just as much sitting amongst multi-functional teams small & large and love working together with a common goal. Forever striving to provide the best thinking and design possible with the ultimate goal of making sure users and stakeholders are happy.
