Starting as a Geotechnician with no prior experience, I dedicated myself to the field of engineering, determined to carve out a successful career. Over the course of several years, I embraced numerous roles within the engineering domain, each presenting its own set of challenges and learning opportunities.This journey was marked by continuous dedication and a commitment to expanding my skill set. By 2018, I had reached a pivotal milestone when I assumed the role of a branch manager within the engineering sector. In this capacity, I was entrusted with significant responsibilities, including overseeing the branch's operations and managing a team.For the next five years, from 2018 to 2023, I wholeheartedly embraced the role of branch manager, successfully navigating the complexities of leadership and contributing to the sustained success of the branch. It was during this period that I realised my passion for software development, leading me to make the bold decision to pivot my career trajectory.This transition highlights not only my adaptability but also my unwavering commitment to continuous self-improvement. I am excited to bring this same drive and determination to my new career in software development, leveraging the valuable lessons and experiences I gained in my previous roles to excel in this dynamic field.
